BASONAT® HA 1000 es un isocianato polifuncional de baja viscosidad, sin disolventes, para revestimientos de poliuretano de dos componentes, resistentes a la luz y a la intemperie. Se utiliza para formular revestimientos de alto contenido en sólidos especialmente resistentes a la luz y a la intemperie. No contiene disolventes y permite una amplia gama de opciones de disolventes. Por ejemplo, en los revestimientos de muebles, cuando los disolventes menos volátiles retrasarían excesivamente el secado, se pueden elegir disolventes altamente volátiles. Además, el secado puede acelerarse catalíticamente con, por ejemplo, dilaurato de dibutilo.

BASONAT HA 1000 se recomienda para aplicaciones como:

• Aplicaciones de revestimiento metálico industrial general para interior/exterior
• Aplicaciones de revestimiento de componentes plásticos interiores/exteriores
• Recubrimientos de madera para interiores y exteriores para aplicaciones de suelos, muebles o carpintería
