Natural Aerosol Whipped Cream

This Natural Aerosol Whipped Cream is an oil-in-water body foam that easily applies to the skin and leaves it feeling smooth.

This formulation features dermosoft® 1388 eco which is a multifunctional blend of organic acids that regulate pH and also provide skin conditioning properties. TEGO® Care PBS 6 MB is a versatile PEG-free oil-in-water emulsifier that shows outstanding stabilization properties in demanding systems. TEGO® Betain 810 is a mild specialty amphoteric surfactant that is preservative-free. This ingredient provides high foam volume and pleasant lather. TEGIN® M Pellets are a consistency enhancer and co-emulsifier for oil-in-water creams and lotions. They are used as a stabilizer in formulations.

TEGOSOFT DC is an emollient with a medium to light skin feel. TEGOSOFT® MM is a natural based highly pure cosmetic wax that imparts body to oil-in-water emulsions. TEGOSOFT OER is an emollient ester that imparts a caring and smooth skin feel in formulations. TEGOSOFT® CR is also a wax ester that gives a silky, but non-oily skin feel.

Procedure for Natural Aerosol Whipped Cream

  1. Heat Phase A and B up to 75°C.
  2. Add Phase A to Phase B with stirring*.
  3. Homogenize.
  4. Cool with gentle stirring.
  5. Add Phase C below 60°C.
  6. Homogenize for a short time.
  7. Cool with gentle stirring.
  8. Add Phase D below 30°C.
  9. Homogenize for a short time.
  10. Adjust pH with Phase E to 5.0 – 5.5.

*Important: If Phase A has to be charged into the vessel, Phase B must be added without stirring.
